Delete your account and data
We will delete your data from our active systems within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend that once, by up to 45 days, and we will tell you why.
What will be deleted
- Your uploaded bills and statements
- Your results
- Your letters
- Your account
What is kept
- A record that a letter was mailed, with no health details in it
- A payment record with your personal details removed
- The record of this deletion request
Once deletion starts, unsent letters and everything else can't be recovered. Your account is locked as soon as you send this request, so nothing new can be added while it is open.
