Verity Copilot™ · During the call

On the phone with billing? Type what they said.

Verity Copilot™ is included with Evidence and Family.

Calls with a billing office, an insurer, or a collector move fast. Verity Copilot gives you something to work from while you are still on the line. Type or paste what the representative said. In a moment you get two to four short cards: a draft response for your review, who you might ask to speak with, what to write down, and what you may wish to avoid saying.

Open it from a case and the drafts use that case's audit: the differences found between your bill and the statement from your insurance (called an EOB). If the representative says something that conflicts with your findings, Verity Copilot points it out.

Verity Copilot helps you organize information and draft questions for your review. It does not determine your rights or provide legal advice.

The balance is $2,400 and it goes to collections next week.
Draft response
“Could you note that I’m questioning this balance, and send me an itemized statement that lists each charge and its billing code?”
Document
Consider asking for the collector’s company name, mailing address, account number, and the original creditor. You may need these if you write to them.

Example cards for a common statement. Your drafts depend on what they say and on your case.
